How do you know how much you can trust the junior doctors you are supervising on a clinical shift? How do you find the balance between encouraging autonomy and ensuring safe patient care? What can you do to protect yourself (and your patients) when overseeing junior doctors? This session will aim to cover these topics and more, including the medicolegal implications of supervision.
