Dr. Katya Pretorius is an emergency medicine trainee. She initially studied and worked in South Africa before moving to Australia, gaining experience with diverse patient populations and hospital systems. She has a special interest in trauma and resuscitation and hopes to continue into retrieval medicine upon completing her emergency medicine training.
