Emma has a history of working in the public sector before her current role at MIPS. She began at the Medical Council of NSW before moving to the Victorian Department of Health and Human services and the Victorian Mental Health Tribunal. She has prior corporate private experience and is involved in the presentation of MIPS education sessions and publications. To date, she has successfully run three hearings in the District Court, Supreme Court and Court of Appeal.
